Ron has worked in the horticulture industry for 23 years, from distributor sales to sales management and product development. With a natural interest in soil chemistry and biology, Ron has been able to relate growing media products to individual grower situations. Ron worked for a local distributor for 6 years, a canadian peat company for 6 years, and a compost blender in North Carolina for 11 years.
